Court’s order now, 6 months jail who revealed kathua victims name in the media. We want Court also jails intellectuals / journalists / JNUs, Deepika Singh Rajawat & actor Parvathy Nair for communalizing the issue to target other community.
They are actually enemy of the country in the garb of intellect. Offcourse, we want punish the guilty.
Only fine will not do anything to our insensitive media .. they should be banned for sometime ,then they will realize --what the honour of a person is ...now evrything our media judge by commercial angel/TRP...

The plea that they were not aware of law & thought that a dead victims identity can be disclosed is a sham. The identity of Nirbhaya till date has been kept as a secret while this victim was being touted as unholy war by majority community against the community it belongs. It was a well orchastrated campaign by media houses in league with congresss

What is the penalty for framing a male, has he not having any respect. Women have licence to slap, insult, abuse, or insult any male, whether genuine or not.
Delhi HC fines media houses who revealed Kathua rape The Indian Penal Code law provides for jail term of two years with a fine.It is understood that revealing victim's Name is an offence! The bench also directed that wide and continuous publicity be given to the statutory provisions of law regarding privacy of victims of sexual offences and punishment for revealing their identities.
Section 23 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences law lays down the procedure for the media to report cases of sexual offences against child victims and Section 228A of the Indian Penal Code deals with disclosure of identity of victims of such offences. What was more important than revealing identity is the execution of the culprits (Perpetrators of the crime)
