volunteer to co-opt an Indian middleman (like Dassault agreed to co-opt Anil Ambanis novice RDL to funnel thousands of crores of rupees from the Indian exchequer to the BJPs kitty through sale of the Rafale instead of transferring technology to the public sector HAL as originally planned), they would land up not only with several contracts but also would be allowed to hike their prices several fold as Dassault was allowed to !!
