Horrifying scenario brought out in detail except unwanted insinuations to drag politics/communalism into it .
No denying that societal responsibility is deteriorating due to failure of law/investigation/judiciary/conviction/punishment.
In this situation if someone suggests KHAP(like)panchayats take over society/community matters I shall agree for effective/swift/deterrent/fair/judicious action/follow up.
