Why did the court show much eagerness in granting bail to the offender who was convicted for 5 years. It clearly shows that discrimination in offenders on the base of their wealth and status in the society neglecting the judicial proccesses.Why did judiciary take to decide a case for 20 years for it's judjement. Timeless judgement is ike a Liveless body. good for nothing.
For 20 years, so much expense, time waste, lawyers,judges, paperwork,and many collateral damages.... all because there is a law for protecting an animal, blackbuck!! The blackkbuck could as well have died of old age sometime or by accident, snake bite etc. The law is good because otherwise there would be no blackbuck species. But, in a rare case of such criminal poaching as this one, couldn`t some sensible "punishment" have been specified within a week of the poaching? Sensible like - the accused must pay for or do something for enhancing the progeny of the species. A 10,000 rupees fine has, in any case, is there already? Why could that not have been suitably but fairly and reasonably enhanced? That fine amount could be given to the forest guards or DFOs etc.as an inducement to be more active in their duties...What can the courts, law or anyone do if the species dies of any other scores of possible reasons, excluding poaching?
Good judgment and he deserves it taking into consideration the merit of case, its long trial and un-necessary importance given to blackbuk just like at present given to cow by RSS, Bajrang and BJP people.

Cow and gaurakshak fanatics are much more harmful, misguided, misled, and without specific punishment for that particular crime. I was aghast when I saw on TV a young woman breast feeding a baby blackbuck(?), to show the world how much that community adores and worships that species. Where such physiological interactions can lead to is a matter causing anxiety. All can understand if one human being adores, appreciates, worships another human being (like Asaram, that other University Guru wanting 16000 wives (?) etc.But, it is difficult to understand these things, except that we certainly respect and honour unqualified "shraddha".There is need for greater enlightenment and understanding.

That can also be recovered from the forest guards whose specific duty is to prevent any poachers !Literally thousands of such game animals have been killed during centuries. Cannot ask for donations from those hunters now.
have conflict of interest in this case. they must be probed for giving side with a criminal. last time also salman walked free in hit and run case. this time including jaya bachhan sided with this never been human arrogant sarak chhap actor, in the hope that after being free he will support abhisek bachhan in his career. bollywood is to taken under lens for all its activities including funding from foreign countries.

It seems some monetary transactins were made between Salman & BJP state govt to be used for the coming Assembly elections in Rjasthan.
