How come so soon the order was given to release and also obliged to transfer the same so soon to the jail authorities who apologetically released the great man also so soon! Why not within the long 20 years the great man was not put to narco test???
Our judiciary system is outdated. most of it was borrowed from the British (East india company) times. We booted out the british from our country. Let us REVAMP this outdated system.

Only judiciary system? All our institutions are outdated. Look at our civil service, education and infrastructure. In a capital city like Mumbai, the drainage system is from british time. You will see another flood in the coming monsoon season in mumbai..
A small tiny Island Singapore system too had british system and they borrowed most of the institutions from them. Look at their service. Hong Kong too had british influence and with help and back up from china, they created a world class country, dubai had no natural resource but today it is world class place. Such examples are missing in India because we have used caste system and reservation to fill mediocrity in our system.
It was very predictable he would get released for a petty case like this. Some were overjoyed that Indian courts have delivered justice. It was ploy and stage drama that lower court would sentence him and higher court would release him to show Indian courts can function and do justice.
First Indian courts do not have moral authority to make a person serve 5 years sentence for killing black buck in a country and that too a powerful and influential person like Salman Khan where 54% of the top MPs' and MLa's sitting in both the houses are seasoned criminals who have done serious crimes like riots and murders. You have Yogi Adityanath who have 21 cases against him and he himself orders to remove it. You looses that moral authority then.
The day when Indian courts may be able to convict and sentence a person in cases like this for 5 years, that day India will become Singapore. Why? In Singapore once a european engineer Johannes van damme was caught with drugs and was sentence to death. The EU press council, dutch foreign minister, PM, even queen of dutch requested the SG government to pardon him, he still got executed. Michaele Faye an american teenager was sentence to 6 canning for vandalizing, despite powerful bill clinton appeal in a televised speech to pardon him, he was canned 4 times. This you can do when you have high integrity, clean image, moral standing and clean within itself.
Except supreme court to certain limit, all our institutions are sold out and corrupt

Salman Khan must thank his moon and stars he committed all these crimes in countries like India where only trouble is long court dates because judiciary functions like the speed of snail. And attending court cases for 20 long years is itself sort of punishment.
This does not look one court says 5 years punishment and other courts grant him bail. Except for treason cases like bomb blast rich can buy justice in country like India.
We dont want you to punish Salman Khan but at least open a special fast track court for all politicians sitting in parliament under whose name charge sheet were filled and deliver justice.
If you cannot do that, then India deserves to remain a third world country
Skill blackbuck is nothing against deadly mullies freely giving poison speech, law must changed those who killed blackbuck must donates double blackbuck only or face 5 years.

This news of bail is as expected and there is nothing new.The case has been posted to May and again it will be adjourned to August and so on.In any case 'bail is nothing but full freedom' in most of the cases. An hefty sum of Rs.50,000/- as bond is perhaps his pocket money. As the dictum goes 'justice delayed is justice denied' has come true now.Hail the movie makers who have invested 500 crores on him, will have a last laugh !
