Its time to move on. we have to realize that even one man who lands in jail without doing the malevolent should be addressed by the court. supreme court is right in going against false cases. creamy layer of the dalit caste is responsible for the blood bath. the status quo of dalits will remain as opressed so far as creamy layer keep harvesting the bounty of reservation. quota within quota will help the real dalits.

It is important to understand that dignity is not some thing you demand. It is earned through hard work and merit. You earn it.
Citing trashy theories and excuses to get a free ride will never get any one any dignity.
Society respects any one who works hard , honest and stands firm on his ground - whichever caste, creed or religion. This is nature's law. Even if he faces mockery of difficulties, they are just temporary.
The tragedy of this democracy is any one can sell conspiracy theories with ease. Any one can get on stage and scream of oppression , exploitation and what not. And these theories are sold like hot cakes. It's freeloaders paradise.
Then this scam called social justice is born. Entire nation is bombarded and scammed with caste statistics, representation and bogus claims of dignity.
A powerful leadership is what is needed in this country. A leadership which can bring about rule of law.
Any one - be it that scoundrel Jignesh or Kanhaiyya, whoever breaks the law and resorts to violence in the name of social justice MUST get raw deal.
A section of citizens are paying for all the FREEBIES that the so called oppressed section enjoying under the guise of social justice.
It is same as living life of a parasite. That alone should make you shame and devoid of dignity. if you demand dignity, EARN IT. WORK HARD. COMPETE. When you work hard, other people will automatically help you become self reliant.

Last year, there is this professor of a famous university in India wrote a book. He wrote a book on Business Caste of south India namely Vysyas. It was so derogatory that he throughout the book described them as thieves and robbers etc.
Naturally the community got enraged and sued his a$$ and got him arrested ( or about to) . Then he flipped the card and shown that HE IS DALIT and the police is committing atrocities on Dalits.
It is no secret that with his capability he could never pass an exam leave alone becoming a professor. But this is what is happening in India.
he was called on TV for an interview and the idiot said the same thing. Aryans Dravidians etc. There was a genuine historian on the panel who told him that the so called DALITS - DRAVIDIANS CAME FROM AFRICA. They are the ones who do not belong here in India. They came from Eritrea as hunter gatherers.
if you look at people of Eritrea, you will understand why he was saying.
It is a fact that Aryans NEVER passed past Punjab / Western Rajasthan beyond the plains.

What you know about constitution. Has constitution has givenreservationfor more than 70 years ? Even Babasaheb Ambedkar recommended reservation for only 10 years.
Food for thought. It seems only the Dalits in the BJP ruled states found they have no dignity. Those in Delhi, Punjab, Karnatak,TN, kerala non BJP ruled states have no problem. with the SC order, not removing the SC/ST act, as falsely allegedly by Rahul Gandhi, but only from immediate arrrest as it has been observed by them that 70% of such cases lodged by SCs are false, only witch hunt. So what are the SCs in the BJP ruled states cribbing out when their own 'brothren' in Vemulas own country=Telangana and other Congress and Mamata rules states have no problem with the judgement !!
