It is wrong to blame the university and local government administration failure to anti-social elements. This is totally a political based statement. Instead of this CM should grill the university officers responsible for the well being of university students. These people (administrators) of university system are only busy in enjoying powers by virtue of the chairs they are occupying for which they do not deserve and have occupied these chairs by nepotism and not on merit.
