Related to BHU violence incident, chief proctor sacrificed his chair to protect his boss VC of BHU. No doubt, proctor has to be blamed but overall it is the role and manner the way VC justified his stand and tried to ignore the plight of girl students at the campus. He should pay for it and should resign on moral grounds.

Going by latest incidents in the country. It was laughable that the founders of Ryan International group of schools were detained as being responsible for a murder committed in one of their schools. BY this same yard stick Ministers who hold portfolios for Railways, Transport, Home etc., should be held responsible and detained if there is any accident or tragedy anywhere in the country. The Proctor in this case has been made a sacrificial bakra in this case is very apparent and you are right that it is to protect the VC of BHU who must be having very high political connections.
