Very nice article. Wonderful research done. Corruption in defence is highly responsible for this. If you work in defence forces then you will come to how the money is misused. Our soldiers (below officer rank )are really great but only problem is with corrupted officers of defence forces.If they are honest and non-corrupted then This problem will be resolved.
Why question the new Defence Minister who has not completed 24 hours in the chair. It shows the negative attitude. Can the author analyse the budgetary allocation under Rajiv Gandhi who got involved in Sri Lanka. Crores and crores were spent on a daily basis due to this unwanted involvement. There were no money for expansion, modernization and even for routine maintenance work
