True,mostimoertinent article.Defence minister Mrs.Seetharaman,known for less talk & more in action would definitely be successful in giving optimum output from the resources made available to Defence portfolio importance of which is very well known to PM,and that's why only his most trusted one only are entrusted first with Manohar parrikar&now Mrs.Nirmala seetharamam
