Wah! Now you come to the realization there is something called the farmer. We have seen what a world renowned economist did to our economy. At least now things are in the open... BTW, most previous finance ministers had no idea of economics ... they only indulged in politics
The demands of Shetti can not be fulfilled. He is like Datta Samant or Sharad Rao who were admant to their demands. They were so coercive that well established companies were closed by the owners. You must know the result of mill workers strike. The only gainer from that strike are mill owners. Poor mill workers are still struggling to get their dues, homes. Do not make Shetti a hero. These people do not not Indian agriculture system. If farmers in Maharashtra stop cultivation, the farmers from other states will grab this opportunity to supply produce in Maharashtra. Shetti will be nowhere like other leaders.

If atleast some times they try to look at things positively then people might think the criticism is valid.
Usually, even before the PM has announced a scheme these people start off with how it is for votes, then they blast the scheme without any justification, and if it becomes successful even after these guys negative publicity then they will just keep quiet and go to the next one.
So, we don't know if modi is always right or not. we know for sure that rediff is always wrong. because their intentions are bad.

Up until now, he seems to be on the right path. At least up to now they have been honest. If they veer, we will know. Unlike in the past where everything was hidden from public view. It is funny how INC leaders try to justify their obvious misdeeds. This Baba and more existed and thrived in the UPA terms as well. But they did nothing absolutely zilch.

Bhayya, The Govt. is not only run by Modi only. Cabinet is there, officials are there, Bureaucrats are there. If any thing to be don by PM has to overcome all these Steps. But our PM is not finding Time to come to our rescue by enrouting allD above said Channels.
Are there any Profession without a UNION Or Association? Yes that is only the Farming Profession. If a Bill in enhancing the perks of Peoples representatives at a full quorum irrespective of Parties. Because the the Peoples Representatives are Poorest of the Poor there is subsidy of 90% in the canteens on their food. Because the employees are having Unions though they are getting Assured salaries they are striking for Luxurious benefits. Like that almost all the employees / Professionals. Because the the political leaders are in the Hands of Journalists they will get all the benefits of Housing,Medical and all the Fringe benefits because of their Union Strength. An Industrialist can fix the Price of nis product on his own but not the Farmer because Farmers not having a Union while Industrialists are having, It is a Fact that the Farmer is not having a Holiday while all other Professions because of their Unions Strength. If any profession going on strike nothing will happen and can be completed after resuming to the work after fulfilling their demands.Think of if all the Farmers are going strike for a 3 Months think off what will happen.Hence there is an every need to Farm the Unions/Associations of Farmers.
