rape and kill is not doing a wild animal it is doing some one like us those are coming from a family so if from beginning parents make their child with a manner and good character and with the help of strong law then 90% such event can be stopped . in democracy it is problem to apply rule and regulation strongly because here there are so many application and right is coming.
YES, WHATEVER HAS HAPPENED IN DELHI SCHOOL, IT CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE AND BY CLASSMATE ONLY....IN RECENT PAST IT HAS HAPPENED IN AECS, ANUSHAKTINAGAR, MUMBAI SCHOOL. HIGHLY EDUCATED PARENTS ARE IN FEAR ABOUT STUDENTS WHO ARE FROM SLUM AREA AROUND ANUSHAKTINAGAR AND JOINED SCHOOL UNDER RTE. THEY ARE VERY YOUNG BY AGE BUT SOCIAL CULTURE IN SLUMS HAS MADE THEM ADULT AND THEY KNOW ABOUT SEXUAL ACTS, THEIR RIGHTS. POOR HIGHLY EDUCATED PARENTS OF THE VICTIM GIRL CHILD IS HELPLESS BECAUSE OF SOCIAL PRESSURE..... EVEN THE PRINCIPAL COULD NOT TAKE ANY ACTION BECAUSE OF FEAR OF SLUM MAFIA. RTE IS IMPOSING DIRT FROM SLUM ON INNOCENT CHILDREN OF SCIENTIFIC STAFF IN ANUSHAKTINAGAR, MUMBAI.

It is not fair to expose innocent children from decent families to the slum culture, in the name of RTE!

I have full sympathy for the slum kids, but then, the teachers should be given the authority to take corrective & punitive actions to deal with the unruly children, whether from slums or elsewhere!
With globalisation it has both advantage and disadvantage. Just assuming it may be either boy or girl has seen sleaz or po rn movie on mobile or internet. America is run by capitalism and these industries pay billions of money as lobbying amount to allow internet service providers to host these movies in the name of freedom of expression. Even the american psychologist and counsellors said unnecessary exposure to these movies will have negative impact on both child and adults. This addiction is dangerous and more than american culture or western culture it is american money power or capitalism that control from war to controlling mind in the name of freedom of speech. India must not blindly follow western culture. Take its good but ignore its other bad...
