Yes,I am scared. I hold the entire judicial system, prosecution guilty of criminal negligence. Otherwise how a rape criminal is let off through silly technicalities of age assessment from school certificate than scientific forensic bone age? No one can save any one if our legal process remains medaeval in this modern age.

Problem with modern society is pure selfishness& insensitiveness right from our neighbors to law& order govt administration,That's why now a days kidnaps,rapesmsexual assaults,acid throwing increased as culprits confident of escaping punishment in 90% cases getting benefit of doubt as our police& society never put effort sincerely to pin down the culprit with pucca evidence.Better school authorities/society/parents act with sensitiveness leaving selfishness as it may happen to your own people if things are allowed like this.Social responsibility is the prime duty all should feel.Then only it can be socially responsible society
