Now at present this 6000 goes to Amit shah & Jay shah- both father-son dup- liars/ cheaters /criminals /mafias & womenisers also.
The congress party should make it a point for 2019 election campaign before it is announced by the bjp and promised the teaching fraternity of schools/colleges run by private organisations/missionaries/NGOs, of the entire country that if the Congress comes to power, it will focus on building a robust public education and healthcare system not only in Gujarat but in the entire country.This may be prove a turning point for them.

First let them do it in Karnataka , a congress ruled state . There are lakhs of teachers who work part time there also

present education system(with corruption and escapism) is given by Congress only. Do not expect anything more from current congress party leaders. other wise RaGa Technology will be derived.

EVEN THOUGH ONE DOES A PHD in a language say hindi - or sanskrit and he thinks he is a great learnt man - What job actually this person will get is the job of a language teacher in arts college or some school . THE SCHOOL OR COLLEGE MANAGEMENT WILL only need a person to teach a language to make the student pass the course .
For this a High degree in language may not be required also there only may be a position available for part time lecturers as per the budget of colleges .
also art colleges Cannot charge much fees due to the nature of course - SO it is difficult to get better salaries .
secondly People should understand -having a degree doesnot make one eligible to get higher salary .
also india has overeducated population who is always not satisfied with salaries .
Biggest foolishness of indian govts is opening of higher education degree colleges without fixing job availability data just to loot the common man by selling degrees and provide employment to some by opening colleges .

Congress government in Karnataka should first resolve the issues of part time lecturers which is much worse than the state of Gujarat . Modi if he comes to Karnataka will have lakhs of people to hug . RaGa thinks that people are fools
