Because of latest state of art equipment purchased from Israel our army is able to kill many militants of late. Dont bring politucs here mr vaidyA. No one has blamed Bofors but we cannot ignore the corruption involved in purchasing the Bofors gun.
The headlines of such articles always mislead one to believe that these weapons are already in the hands of our soldiers. The truth is that the tendering process has just begun and maybe it'll take 5 YEARS for any orders to go out. GIve another 2 years for the weapons to start arriving in quantity and we get a feel for the magnitude of the problems our Army is facing.

Rightly said. Our PM went to Israel to develop relations between both the countries. But should have learnt what that country is doing to counter a single attack on them. Diplomacy is needed at all times but to fight enemies, fully advance weapons and guts are needed which our country's politicians lack completely. The recent example is Farooq Abdulla. We have more enemies in our own country then outside.

This is basic information which the enemy has. There is no harm in informing the Indian public. There are secrets which surely don't appear on the Internet. This is not one of them.
Is our Press so much authorized to discuss and share information to this extent. Salute to India Governance. I doubt whether other countries would have allowed such things.
