This is an absurd question. There are not enough job vacancies suiting to their qualification. In India professionals have less value. A school drop out gets the job of a peon or an unskilled mate in a private factory/business establishment for a meager salary. Demand for such jobs are more. So professionals are compelled to take up menial jobs to earn their bread. This trend is not new. I remember, two decades back I happened to visit Jewellery Showrooms and Saree emporiums in a city in Kerala. To my surprise, many of the sales girls and boys there are post graduates. Kerala has no Industries because of nasty trade unionism. Government jobs are only numbered. Those who do not have the capacity and connections to venture out of the state had to remain in the state, and to earn their bread.This is an example. In West Bengal and Kerala Industries cannot survive, just because they have educated people who will only work to rule. But look at Punjab, Gujrat, UP, Delhi, Haryana etc., where the attitude of people is different.
Even a sweeper costs to govt. around Rs.50,000 p.m. if added all perqs, i.e. leaves,unlimited medical, and other perqs. together plus total job security, Even Modi cannot remove a non performer or indisciplined one without proving it. Country requires parity of working condition too along with salary structure. What a Maharaja like work.
It is because of reservation created on caste basis not on economical basis by congress. The fruits of reservation goes only to rich people staying in metro not to poor SC, ST or OBC from rural India. Now general categories and poor people from SC , ST, OBC from rural India has to work for â¹8000 per month even after MBA. Congress president SoHa and VP RaGa goes to America for treatment because they know the credentials of doctors appointed in govt hospitals. But middle class people canât go to America for treatment.

One OBC YadavMadarChodh gov employee cheated me 1 lac. I am practicing witchcraft so that he, his wwife, 2 sons and 1 daughter may die in some accidents or freak incidents.
Yadav criminals, Jat criminals, Ahir criminals, Gujjar criminals, Patel criminals, etc are not real OBCs. Ask them: they claim they are Kshatriyas or Vyshyas and hence they have surnames Singh, Chaudhary, etc. They are all real criminals.
Recently, I saw a 30YearOld JatMaadharChodh kickking and thrashing a 55YearOld gentlemen over a petty argument where mistake was on the part of JatMaadharChodh.
JatMaadharChodhs destroyed Rs 25000 crores property while agitating for OBC reservations in 2016.
Few years back a JatMaadharChodh was arrested for raping a NorthEast girl.
Recently, I saw a GujjarMaadharChodh flaunting an unlicensed pistol in a UP town restaurant , talking loudly.
Now PatidarMaadharChodhs, who are among the most prosperous, want reservations under OBC.
In fact, in the guise of 'Champions for the cause of OBCs' these criminals, using reservations, are getting seats in IITs, IIMs, and other institutions; becoming IAS, Class 1 & other gov officials; and ministers, CMs, etc.
First remove the criminals & MCs like Yadavs, Gujjars, Ahirs, Jats, Patels, etc from OBC list and reduce OBC reservations to 20% and only the Most Backwards Classes (MBCs) should get reservations. It’s OBCs who torture SCs / STs.
Let us remove this bias from the thinking in our society that a sweeper's job is a lowly job. Every job is equal-rather I will say, the sweeper is doing one of the greatest services to mankind. With mechanization imcreasing day by day, sweeper may as well be working like or better than a mechanic or a vegetable shop owner. more over with a migration of some qualified persons to sweeping, there may be a quantum change in the quality and even logistics of sweeping. Further, let us honestly analyse the difference in unschooled and schooled persons. Is there a quantum difference in the attitudes-no.
