Too late to repent
by rajanala ramakrishna on Nov 01, 2017 01:47 PM

I sympothize with Saibaba. But he should have thought about the consequences while supporting anti-nationals. The disability that had not deterred him in committing a crime is now coming on the way to serve the punishment given by courts. Too late to repent.

Bsaheb mbekar was clearly unfavourable to violence naming it as ‘ anarchy’ (in his book on ‘Parliamentary Democracy’ ) and, however, he observed that failure of constitutional mechanism would invariably attract violence making the country self-destructive. As may be observed from the constitutional debates, he has not given any weightage to physically sabotaging any extreme deviation from constitutional morality even in case of zindutva, on which he spent his life in despising it by heart. saheb cautioned the gndians on imminent and persistent possibility of using administrative tactics to overrule constitutional morality as a dangerous phenomenon. The entire episode of victimization revolves around supersession of administrative tactics over constitutional morality. While the uprising of aoists is the effect of failure of the kings and relinquishment of constitutional morality by all the political parties as well as king, the portrayal of axalism, by the tate, as the prompter of invalidation of constitutional morality in the public does not hold strength. This is a sountry, where an ideology which considers fantasizing masturbation is considered as rape rules the entire ndian civilization of present age

Though I also want justice for adivasis, the method adopted by Maoists is not correct. We need court to be efficient for this and we need to fight for that non violently like dharnas..if everybody starts violence to get justice...we becoming Syria is not far...

The reality is that none of the govts till date gave anything to adivasis..one of the factor is caste based reservations.why are the reservations based on caste rather than poorness? If it based on poor, then adivasis will get the benefit..do you know who started caste based reservations? Congress. That is why I hate congress more than BJP though in essence I hate both...

What you say may be true.
.
However, after looking at the tiny illustration of Jyoti Punwani at the end of the article and the one at on today's Live Updates page i wondered what Jyoti Punwani really looked like so i googled and to my surpise i found people that looked like Bal Thackeray, Aditya Thakeray, Ram Jethmalani, Kobad Gandhi and even Hardick Patel.

Oh rediff!!!

1. In the last 20 years more than 12,000 persons (mostly innocent) were killed in Maoist violence

2. passenger Train doors were locked and torched by Maoists. Many innocents were died.

3. These kinds of persons SHOULD NOT be treated with kid gloves.
