He is divang so our sympathy for that and all reasonable facilities must be provided which he deserves but this incompleteness can not be an excuse for supporting,furthering antinational activities.Law is equal for all and nobody can take shield of physical disablity or caste/community because in our nation first you do wrong and when caught,simply start yelling that you are being targeted because you are of this and this caste or community.No body will agree and support such vague things.
