Thanks to Congress who didnt upgarded and supported Military even after knowing that for all sides except South Indian neighbours are its enemies.

Urgent ground reevaluation and introspection needed to be sure that the conditions are same. As China does not enjoy earlier global trust as beforehand. History says no one can be fooled time and again.
