Can you please explain how 'upper' are the upper caste and how 'lower' are the lower caste?
It has become a habit to our opposition and certain people to oppose everything that the government does. Its an urge which cannot be wiped so easily from our people and the opposing politicians take advantage of it.
whether this is because India is hyndu or not hyndu.
But one of the most glaring distinctive features of India among all countries is that more than 60 % of all Indians defecate in the open !
Second placed Afghanistan in this worldwide ^merit list^ compiled by the UN arm, World Sanitation Congress, has just 17 % of its population defecating in the open !

The main issue always is human development. And north India is a hexll hole in this respect.
And to divert the attention of gullible north Indians from their hexllish living conditions, political parties such as the BJP and the Congress (the BJP with the active support of the RSS) keep chanting hyndu.....muxlim....hyndu.....!!

Defecating in open is wrong. Living in a democratic world and support thoughts of communists and voting for communists is a crime.
