But a theft of Rs 5468 crores from the exchequer by Modis chief election campaign financier, Gautam Adani, through evasion of taxes by round tripping his profits using the P-note mode of foreign investments from tax havens such as Mauritius is not only not understood by illiterate people, but not understood even by most literate middle class people, especially those in North India !Â
