During their revolution the PLA(Peoples Liberation Army) captured the districts from the rulers of Sun-yet-sun's party. When they the PLA were marching forward in capturing the districts the then government's army reoccupied the regions (lands) from the PLA. Observing this the PLA once again recaptured (or re occupied) and distributed the lands to the landless poor immediately. If not the Chinese revolutionary communist PLA would have been vanished into thin air there itself.
Level of propaganda and the height of lies on which Chinese are sitting is witnessed by Chinese Foreign Minister's remark. Which Indian top officials he is quoting while vomiting his lies. They are so frustrated that they just cann't or don't want to differentiate between a reasoned and a fake story. 1965 was definitely a lesson for India but 2 skirmish thereafter certainly prove India's commitment toward preparedness. A war if happened will back track India for 10 years and China for certainly 20 Years as Chine might is more dependent of Exports and it will surely hit a big dig by any Chinese misadventure. The whole world knows who is right,who is wrong. You can not dictate terms simply because you think you are stronger militarily. India is not a poor sub saharan nation depending on superpowers for survival. You make your economy stronger by some other means.

Mr. Doval will be in China for BRICS meeting not for boarder settlement. Indo-Tibbet (not indo-China because we do not accept China as our neighbor) boarder will be settled by Indian Army.
