Biased and improper calculations ??
Either you did not read the article well enough or you did not understand even after trying your best !
Ok, here goes :
Base data for vote shares constituency wise : That of the 2012 assembly elections
With this base data, you move the pointer to various scenarios of the different parties and combinations gaining 5 to 10 % in vote share and get the results.
break up of SP and bringing forward Akilesh with Mulayam in the background. Rahul in the back stage and Priyanka forefront. Well the equations have changed for the BJP. Divided voter base and a bit of resentment against DeMo might turn tables against NA Mo
All political parties first learn to work together, in politics-it they spread hate for any party, it means they are not secular. People verdict must be respected. If people give frictional verdict-they must unite and make a sort of national govt. instead of showing their unwanted strength and throwing mud on each other. BJP and Mehbooba alliance is one of them, similarly Shiv Sena and BJP alliance is another and Lalu and Nitish is also one of them. In politics hate spreading must be banned so far no action is taken by EC or SC, rather they enjoy and common man suffers.
Till yesterday Cong leaders shouting and screaming that SP was responsible for Musafarnagar riots, and SP govt supported all types of Crime and Corruption. People's memory is not very short.

The Congress party was wrong. It was the Sangh parivar organisations that organised the riots so that Modis campaign in the 2014 LS election got an added push !
