The party that will win in UP is the one that has the biggest hoard of black money (tens of thousands of crores of rupees given to it by Gautam Adani & Co from their tax evaded profits) and which it can spend liberally in holding several massive rallies where crowds are brought in thousands of buses from far !
The party that wins in UP has to have the PM of the country braying his lungs out in these rallies about *brashtachar* !!

Take oath to bite dust if prediction goes wrong lest it will be empty rhetoric n hollow prediction.
1) UP should be divided in 3 Independent States. 2) Parties who are promoting unnecessary freebies should not be voted for. 3) People should vote for the parties who will promote general welfare/infrastructure building etc.
