in general (and the Republican hyndu Congress in particular) are getting that sinking feeling now !
So far, many of them had deluded themselves into thinking that the intense dislike many white Americans have for them is linked to their religious identities (as if most Americans cared to know that there are different countries and religions in South Asia) and not due to their blackish brown skin and negrito raxcial features !

All the same, Indians in America will only be deluding themselves if they ignore the fact that there have been no less than 914 instances in the US of bias, prejudice, raxcial slurs and attacks against Indians since Trump won the presidency (as recorded by one monitoring agency run by Indian Americans) !
Simply put, most white Americans dislike Indian Americans due to their raxcial identity and not religious identity !

You are just deluding yourself now. Most white Americans dont dislike Indian Americans. There are some racists everywhere. US is more welcoming to immigrants than any other country in the world and majority of people there treat Indians very well and that's why 2 million Indian born immigrants are living in US and they are treated the same as their citizens. But that doesnt fit your argument very well, so you are just making up whatever lies that come to your mind. Dont waste your time and try to do something productive.

There are actually more than 3 million Indians hanging on now in the US for dear life and lifestyle !
And Indians make up just one among immigrant communities from more than a hundred countries in the US !
And that 914 instances of bias, slurs and attacks based on raxcial prejudice against Indians took place in the US in the past few months is recorded by one of the civil rights agencies. It is not a lie !
Americans may, in general, be well mannered and polite compared to Indians. But do you really think that the widespread resentment among a very large segment of white middle class Americans (whose votes formed the core of Trumps victory) with colored immigrants who take their jobs at half wages (a large segment of whom are Indians) is a delusion ?
Conversely, what do you think would have happened if a few million educated Africans come to India and offer themselves for IT jobs (mostly low end) at very low wages ?
On yet another perspective, we have black skinned Indians regarding other Indians who have skin which is generally a thin shade more black with extreme revulsion because of caste identities. So, how would you expect the average white American to look at Indians whose skin color contrasts immensely more sharply with theirs even after discounting for their higher degree of politeness and good manners ?
Anyway, the Indians in America are coming fast out of their raxce related delusions now. That is the reason reports have started coming that the 3 million strong community is in general, taking several unprecedented precautions now while moving about in the US !
The virus of "go back to your country" has spread to Australia, UK and USA.
It seems a sense of intolerance has spread mainly because the Indians enjoy an enviable and prosperous life post long struggles in the countries they mi8grated.
Life does not end if somebody does not get an opportunity to work and earn in USA.Find opportunities within India and there are plenty.Jobs like software coding can be done by sitting in deep Africa provided basic infrastructure is available. I can't understand why people are reacting so desperately if Trump says he will limit Visa to Indians. Govt is providing so many opportunities here in India. Work here. be an entrepreneur yourself and provide jobs to some local boys and girls.There are n number of instances who have reached from rags to riches. Believe me, Americans will stand in a queue to get a job in India. Google and Microsoft are headed by two young, brilliant Indians. Why don't they quit, come back to India and together form a Company themselves? Let them approach Mr Modi and I am sure he will provide all the help needed. We Indians have to cjhange our mindset. I am told that more than 25-30% of top Scientiss in NASA are Indians. Let them quit too and join ISRO.By restricting Intelligent, hard working Indian Professionals from entering US, Trump is digging the grave for American Companies. Their Cost of Ops will shoot up if they have to employ locals and that wlll make American products more expensive. India can capture the market share lost by the US and our young boys and girls will find better job opportunities and better pay here in India. Trump will have no other option but to reverse his order in less than 6 months. Trust me.

i do hope that here in india we will learn a lesson. the way we are projecting india as an hindu state, likewise usa has projected its nationalist attitude. the more we disregard the minorities it will reflect on the treatment that our brothers and sisters will receive abroad. all countries patronise their country, hence do not expect to sit mum when we start our nationalist agenda. think over hate mongers. treat the minorities with due respect.

In every state there are religious minorities, linguistic minorities, communal minorities, other state minorities and in every place minorities are there in different forms and the majority always dominates.
