Yes.Surprised to hear a court verdict that there is no sacm in 2G.Sad to see rhe blatent voilation of law by few individuals to look a loot non existant.Our legal system appears to have too msny loop holes.Arun jaitley,instead of messing with finance ministry without any knowledgeon finance must be asked to vacate FM,hand it over to Dr.Swamy and Arun must look these leagal lacunae.

our indian law is the worst ever thing one can ever come across...no guts at all it shows power only on weak and no influential peoples ..why shud there be any law in india when it is abused so much

Really the greatest irony of indian politics. the time has come to stop it. reopen 2G case with more evidence. Entire money or inappropriate allocation of license had not been done without favour. So, officials of cbi must be more serious to prepare their case more seriously , otherwise they will remain withe slogan PARROT IN THE CAGE.

Now there should be rule that convicted politicians and their immediate family should be life time barred from contesting elections.

You have not learned the lesson. The rule should be that 'Politicians and their immediate family should not be convicted' so that courts can save time and attend to other cases involving common man.

In UPA time scams happened, cases were filed and BJp took political advantage of it. Now there is a lazy opposition where scams happen, parliament is blocked and they do not take any action other than that. Expecting BJP to take action only themselves is f00lishness.
Shame on Lalu. How this rowdy/senseless leader compares himself with Babasaheb Ambedkar, Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther king. Lalu is thug. He should be tried for comparison with these leaders.

Yes unfortunately politics is a dirt and politicians are dirty. One of the better party that way is CPI
This is expected, Lalu should be only in jail. But 2G verdict is a major setback to Indian judiciary. CHI became a laughing stock by giving such silly judgement.

if congress was smart earlier, in pramod mahajan time itself they should have opened this case but unfortunately they were busy enjoying..those who took political advantage wins the game.why cry now?-:)
All cbi courts are not delhi cbi court- all prosecutors are not delhi prosecutors all legal pundits are not delhi pundits who do not know how to present case and get the culprits punishments

At last Lallu has been convicted and sent to jail.Justice has prevailed to some extent unlike 2G scam.What ever it is he should not be granted bail for some reasons, citing health reasons.As was being done in olden days,he should be sent Andaman and Nicobar jails,not in the vicinity of Bihar.

This time it will very difficult for laloo to evade jail showing health reason. i am certain that he has to stay in jail for a long long time and all his assets movable and immovable should be sized.

You fellows will go on about 2G. It was only due to faulty calculation of CAG, vinod rai, as stated by the judge. rai is obviously against South Indians.
We have lost our ability to reason couple of decades ago and caught up in a cesspool of sh^t called 'development'.
Ethics, morals and conviction which form backbone of a civilized and developed society have become extinct in India.
Everybody wants it quick , effortless and MORE. The media, the leadership and even the families harp , harp and harp about getting ahead 'by any means' with utter disregard to the basic tenets of human society.
Endless craving for money, power, luxury and an environment of desperation and false sense of achievement have degenerated this society to a society of wretchedness and sickness.
