There is just no other way the Congress could spend more than Rs 7500 crores campaigning in the 2014 LS election alone !!
And by the same token, the fact is that tens of thousands of crores of rupees were paid as kickbacks to the BJP by Gautam Adani for being allowed to launder big black money using the P note loop hole in FDI and being given revenue land at throwaway prices in Gujarat and thousands of crores of rupees are now being paid as kickbacks to the BJP by Anil Ambani for being given a Rs 30000 crore deal with Dassault at the expense of the public sector HAL !!
There is just no other way the BJP could spend more thsn Rs 12000 crores campaigning in the 2014 LS election alone !!
But neither DMK nor the Congress nor the BJP will ever be really implicated by the justice system due to a combination of evidence destruction and some purposeful judicial oversight even if they are brought before the law (DMK and Congress) or can be brought before the law (BJP) !!

How can govt be responsible for a court order. It is clear many of the dealing were Benami and so the presecutors could not prove the beneficiaries. In India most of these transactions are done by Benami. We need a strong Benami law. Now with all connections made to Aaadhar and PAN any new house registration can be tracked to the source of income of the buyer. With this it can be tracked.

Just observe what are govt. rules and criteria to allotment of license. whether it followed or not and intention (malafied or bonafied). economic offences are based on documents, so how these are innocent though CAG alleged after observing documents. the decree will harm this constitutional institute(CAG)

Why such a long time wasted, appears it is a case of framing or insolvency of our legal system. We tax payers do not need such system. Similarly we are noticing that Vadra is still enjoying free life, even from 2014 onward.
