CBI could not prove any of the accused guilty,clearly showing something very seriously wrong with CBI, CAG and other govt. deptts. Clear case of playing with tax payers money. No one has any accountability. Biggest failure of Modi fighting for corruption. He has no control on govt. working only punish un-organised public. We are befooled by all.

What to say?To say juduciary not required for India or to say CBI has to be closed and disbanded.Or CEC has to be closed.Or corruption has to be legalised.

First, the same court freed Karunanidhi's sister's sons ,Kalanidhi and Dayanidhi Marans in Aircel Maxis case.Now Kanimozhi, Karunanidhi's daughter in 2G and Kalainar TV case.Previously, a court in Andhrapradesh freed Alagiri in a murder case.In 70s ,Indira Gandhi freed Karunanidhi himself by discording the Sarkaria commission report on his corruption charges.Let us clap with full force.Whole India should know of Karunanidhi family and Indian legal system.
Main problem with media especially TV is even their senior most anchors are very ignorant of laws and talk through their hat which politicians exploit to put down their opponents. CAG never brings out corruption because it is beyond its scope. In fact I had blogged in this very space highlighting this aspect of CAG that its audit only brings out the deficiencies in output or capacity utilization or revenues shortfall due to reasons of procedural irregularities or whatever reasons in the concerned govt. deptts, PSUs etc. There after it is the responsibility of the concerned deptt to satisfactorily reply to CAG or if felt necessary to institute investigate the CAG findings for related corruption if any. In the 2G case A Raja , the Telecom minister did commit procedural irregularities for sure as brought out by CAG causing a NOTIONAL LOSS(not actual loss),that is theoretically estimated loss of Rs.1.76 LCr. On investigations however now the agencies failed to establish any corruption angle or ‘malafide’ due to the irregularities committed by A.Raja. Now it will be interesting to see if Modi govt.appeals against the acquittals. However till the acquittal is reversed BJP certainly can't taunt Cong of 2G scam which they conveniently do all the time. Moreover Mr Vinod Rai had acted in very biased manner the way he gave an impression of corruption angle which is not in his scope and BJP has exploited as also suitably rewarded him for that.
Fools does not know for better public use cheaper allocation of resources to keep check prices lower for larger public use in this case telecom not a scam..just recently 4G auction has to cancelled as prices set too high for already stressed telecom companies. Massive propaganda against UPA without foundation with the help of stooge like CAG's Vinod Rai failed. Tight Slap on BJP propaganda

how companies was complaining on them with out any base???? CBI and Court are running the case.
why BJP to slap why not to Congress Slap???? If BJP wanted to Make the Politics like congress they could pressurize on leagal system and Prove it is it not????

Is the judgement on 2G spectrum on polling day not advantageous for another political party...? (is this point not in Election Code...!)
