Its happening frequently, there should be some reason behind these incidences, all rail should be checked for safety and rectified. If its work of some miscreants, railways should find solutions to make it difficult and law dept punish the culprits with max punishment, why its not happening?

You are right. We dont need any great investigation to confirm but yes Govt can not announce without proper investigation. Thats the system. But everyone in Govt already know that terrorists are behind the derailment.

This is the reality of our Railways. Costs for passengers have gone up manifold, services have depleted & nosedived, passengers robbed on premium trains, food quality is substandard & even poisonous on premium trains forget about normal trains, safety is least on their minds with an accident happening almost on a fortnightly basis, trains never on time, filthy stations, tracks & platforms, little or no modernization & overall apathy of the largest employer among PSU's. If this continues what hope do people under this dispensation. Nothing has changed in these 4 years. The Govt believes that it is doing a favour to the common man who shouldn't complain when accidents happen as it is the new normal. We are under the spell of an evil Govt which cares two hoots for it's people.

Do away with reservations where lives of people are on line .Comming from this fraternity I can only say that no talented IRS officer or section Engineer is preferring staying back in Railways for the very reason that reservation hinders promotions . Its too late now to stop this and only solution is to stop filling candidates based on reservations .
