If a Particular Community issues a Fatwa against Singing of Vande Mataram and a Renowned Artist (Like MF Hussain) Paints Bharat Mata without clothes - Definitely they will Question your Allegiance and motives.
It is distressing to listen such comments from a person who held such a high position in India. If citizen's of India "celebrate openly the defeat of Indian Cricket team at the hands of Pakistan" what question we should . Are those celebrating it really Indian???. If the Indian Citizens pelt stone on our army jawans who are protecting the country what question we should ask. Whether these stone pelter are really Indian citizen.Mr. Hameed Ansari, we have given highest respect to you by appointing Vice president of our country. Please reply whether we should about Indianness of these citizens or not ???????????????
Mr. Hamid Ansari was the Vice President for 2 consecutive terms, which means 10 years. He had a vantage view of the two cancers affecting Indian Society - corruption and communalism. Both these ills were fully manipulated and blatantly exploited by the UPA Govt which put him in that constitutional post. Now that he is retiring with no prospects of further constitutional comforts, Mr. Hamid Ansari has woken up to the partial reality of communal politics of the current times. Selective dementia works well with such spineless people. And he found his voice only at the time of his retirement to play the minority victim card for earning cheap brownie points and ! Why no mention of the collossal & rampant corruption in public life ? His lop-sided comments betray his misplaced frustrations and lack of grace.

THANKS TO THE PSEUDO -SECULAR GOVTS HE WAS REELECTED AS VP. HAD THE SAME GOVT BEEN THERE HE WOULD HAVE BEEN PRESIDENT. NOW HE IS NOT HE IS OPENING HIS MOUTH

exactly. and that same pseudo_secular govt. did not have the guts to reelect Mr. Kalam as the president; simply because Mr. Kalam was truly secular and hence did not meet their pseudo_secular criteria.

it is very appalling to note that a person who claims to be a so called learned individual is mentioning the note as mentioned. he is clearly tilting to his religious thinking and not taking the issue with a fair approach. it is very much expected from such people. if he was more learned he would have asked for clearer thinking on the subject rather than totally agree to a final personal verdict. truly you dont deserve any respect of a vice-resident, you shame my thoughts of humanity.
