Kerala has a good rapport of filing FIRs, all get filed UNLIKE UP-Bihar where only 1 out of 20 gets filed.
So the difference in numbers.
Whereas all know which is more disciplined & safer - Kerala or UP/Bihar.

Kindly make a study of the crimes.who is diong these crimes, find out. Why?Ask them.Make good study. If the government machinery is not enough for this, kindly contact private people like me and others who are ready to do these work. And submit the report.Meet law makers and implementing people and convince them.(even few of the un educated Law makers are also commiting such activities.for voting percentage Law makers are supporting the cruel-culprits and their aides.W eneed an educated good-cultured Law makers.Try for that, pray for the same.

Kerala is a socially active state and hence the higher reporting of crime in any form. Where as some of the less literate states and states where caste system is much more actively followed, the visible nos. are less, but there are a lot more criminal activities that take place of which crime against women take a forward seat.

all crimes in Kerala are reported unlike other states

Reporter have proper research before revealing just the statistics. It is not that Kerala has higher crime rate due to awareness and rule of law prevailing here.

In majority of the states (Especially northern states) an average citizen is frightened to approach the police or register the case against the culprits which is not the case in Kerala where even a minor case is registered.

What does a state gain after having superb HDI with 100 % literacy but sending labours only to middle east to serve the sheikhs?

What is its practical utility if a state, being 100% literate, and then not able to control crime against women especially dowry death is still happening?

It has become very common in now a days that anybody criticizes anything about a state immediately the ego gets hurt and all opposition parties jump to criticize the person saying he has insulted the state where as he has criticized the cause not the state.

Normal feature, yes awareness is removing shyness of females and they are coming forward to register the cases openly.
But we all must oppose one sided law where even a fake complaint a male is arrested.
