Normal feature, yes awareness is removing shyness of females and they are coming forward to register the cases openly. But we all must oppose one sided law where even a fake complaint a male is arrested.
I believe it is because more cases are brought to the notice of the police in Kerala and police does not shy away from registering a case. Women know their rights in Kerala.

wow....what a terrific attempt to massage the malayali ego...instead of feeling ashamed you are celebrating that women have more rights in Kerala....

Educated doesn't mean they are honest, ethical or morally correct. The infighting that goes on within the community shows they are as bad as others may be worse.
Find out the Cause and Effect of each action / case, you would get an answer as to who is responsible for all such happenings. Apply corrective actions, check information again till the stability arrives, standardize the process. (Dig deep any problem, you would find people, manage them to be a King).
are targets as they leave kerala and find their home elsewhere. Modi can bring the change by introducing "make in kerala " brand to attract entrepreneurs and give some job to local restless people.

Not possible, because as long as both Keralites and Bengalis support Leftists, that is not possible. Sensible Malayalees and Bengalis leave their state and work very sincerely in other states, as they are intelligent, hardworking and sincere. Most of them, are fedup of the situation in their state, but few goons take the whole state to ransom.
It is high time the penalties meted to the crimes committed underwent a radical change. The very repetitions is obvious of the scant regard to laws and of the gross disrespect. If the punishments are severe, the next offender would think twice about committing the crime again.
Congress and Left ruled Kerala for so many years... Kerala has high suicide rates, high alcohol consumption, high number of mandays lost due to hartals, high number of political violence figures. Also the Schedule Tribes and Adivasis still live in very poor conditions..
Both the UDF and LDF appeased minorities continuously...Both these dispensations are wary of NDA's rising popularity in Kerala...

but see the ferocity of the backlash to the PM...absolutely street language from malayalees for a comment (though avoidable) did nothing to compare Kerala to Somalia...poor Mohan lal, in his wildest dreams he would not have imagined that his dialogue would be used for such a purpose

Modi said blunder comparing Somali to kerala. If the PM has some self-respect he should have accepted the mistake which he did nt. Sanghis keeps on spreading lies, not surprising though.

Read the interview published in rediff The following is the URL. Then tell me who is spreading lies and who should accept the mistake.
I think PM made a statement about the matter discussed in this interview. Just like Bihar election and gene comment this comment also has been misquoted deliberately and blown out of proportion.
There is theory of any activities done by any one. What ever Govt. can do but he does not do. What ever Govt. can't do but he continues to do.
Nothing can be improved in such / existing Indian Penal Court System which is made for supporting to culprits /Accused & business for Lawyers, Police & Judges on the price of Victim Dignity & Life.
