qualification alone will not decide

One should not purly go by qualification what is important is delivering capabilities.if one looks the past leaders we had in our world hardly they were qualified,to name a few Abraham Lincoln,Bill Gates,Charlie Chaplain etc.on the contrary many previous Indian politicians were highly qualified but if you look their performances then we should question ourselves why we are still backward in many areas even after 68 years of independence.if one recalls what is happening in Bihar education system where by paying money you get top rank.so can anybody call these people as qualified?

You are going to put the finance person as the education minister and some teacher as finance minister? Raghuram rajan is a good finance material

By appointing Ms. Irani the Education Minister, the PM has done a grave mistake. She is disastrous for this ministry.
