Who is this Aakar patel ? What he know about Kashmir and Kashmiris ? Kashmir has got the special status as per the Constitution and enjoy many facilities. Kashmiris can aqire properties in any part of India but other than Kashmiris cant have right to do that.Before this writer give his opinion and defend Kashmiris like hypocrats and pseudo seculars that we dont treat them as Indian will he first inform that Do Kashmiris themselves think that they are Indian ?

It is Kashmiris who are driving themselves to the point of not being treated as INdians. Can they not recollect how their life was 40 yrs ago, when Kashmir was minus Pak terrorists? That is Kashmiris.
Guys, Please raise above your narrow mentality and enlarge it.If Britain can hold referendum for Ireland then why cant India on Kashmir.Morever people of Kashmir should decide whether to integrate with India or Pakistan

Yes. We can organise referundum. But first of all let all the Pandits who were driven out of Kashmir enter & be assured of peaceful living. Drive out all the Pak terrorists who have entered & living in Kashmir illegally. Conduct referendum with the same people who were in Kashmir, after partition in 1947/48. OR dont raise the issue of referendum.

It is not the narrow mindset Mr. Singh. Europe and India both conditions are not the same especially when it comes to like minded neighborhood. The bunch of group or one state people general mindset can not decide the faith of entire nation. Otherwise each state will start asking for the freedom. It will be limiting the benefit of entire nation as well as our importance on the world as a secular nation.

Mr. Akar Patel, Can you write/raise your voice against Pakistan/Pak govt by staying Pakistan like this. You are very lucky that your are talking such nonsense and still enjoying your personal life in India. If your brother/son/father would have served in Indian defence and if you had lost them for the country, you wouldn't have wrote this article. No factionist/religion is bigger than a country. Have you not seen the video clips which is being shared in social media about the tolerance of CRPF/Defence while handling the mob. Would request you to start thinking as a citizen of this country rather than being an agent/supporter of any political outfit/party

It would be far better if he is supporter of any Political outfit but he is a supporter of Pak. That is the worst part of him. Let any person talk, so openly in Pak, in support of India, he will be ordered shot dead by the Pak Govt.

people in other parts of India are focused on their day to day activities and not creating any problems for the country. You have conveniently forgotten how kashmiris themselves driven out the Paki infiltrators during 1947s and how they have accepted the merger of Kashmir into Indian Union. You have not talked about the atrocities being committed in POK by Pakis. You have unnecessarily brought in the Naxals and NE issues in this to broaden the conflict forgetting the fact that it is ISI and china who are behind these groupings.
