The laws made are misutilised by the public like TRI Act. The intention of the RTI act is to get information about their personal problemms pending with the government to sttle the matter as early as possiible. But few people unnecssarily asking for information which is not at all concerned.This is nothing but waste of time and energy of the govt. mchinery.This called misutilisation of freedom of RTI. Being a layman are you ready to give your all personal reports to the govt.?
Many of the comments or replies by the Modi fans just justify whatever he does. Modi has been digging the past of Jawaharlal Nehru, and many of the former Congress Prime Ministers. The Indians know what is patriotism and do not blindly follow what a leader who has been reportedly quoted as one of the 10 murderers of nationalism. What did he do in Gulberg and Gujerat in 2002? His visa to US was cancelled and never issued till he became the PM - that is protocol and not he is exonerated.

Mr Bhaskaran , use your brain if you have and change your totally bias attitude and mindset. The party you blindly support had tried all their best by misusing government and other investigating agencies during their regime to nail Modi but they have miserably failed in absence of any concrete evidence proving Modis role in 2002 riots. Even the highest court of the country Supreme Court has also given clean chit to Modi. It was the party you blindly support tried their best to deny US visa to Modi. Why you didnt apply the same yard stick to the person responsible for 1984 Delhi riots ? In Gujarat atleast 300 people died in police firing while in Delhi there was no law and order for three days in the capital of the country and not a single bullet was fired by by the police.In Gujarart many culprits are convicted and undergoing imprisonment while the families of 1984 victims still waiting for a real justice even after 32 years and the main accused are roaming free. Modi was given US visa and red carpet welcome by USA and none of the Prime Ministers of India has ever got respect fr4om USA like Modi have.

Indians have been blindly following Gandhi family. Otherwise there is no reason why they ruled this country for over 60 years. Still you want us to believe that India was a matured democracy? things have changed recently, no doubt. Now, you tell me, IF YOU HAVE SPINE, what was Modiji's involvement n Gulberg and Gujarat riot of 2002? what do you know better than the courts of India who exonerated him. If you are born to one single father, Please enlighten us on this subject.

Supporting any party or leader blindly is not good for self or country. Unfortunately in most of democracies people do that mistake. If you one use brain can realize that Nehru is the main cause of pathetic condition of independent India (Kashmir, corruption, etccc) still in schools we teach he was great leader!!!
File an RTI against Raul Gandhi, ask him what he was doing - every day, every night during his 56 day stay at Bangkok. We all know, what the Bangkok is famous for :-)....
Lets see, what Raul GAndhi answers you ....

I totally endorse the above views. These RTI applicants are agents of Gandhi family. If they are so much concerned, they should put the RTI to get the details of Gandhi family & they should make it public. I am 100% sure, after this they will stop worshipping this family.
cowards.....they cant see how that man is working day in day out.....RTI......who the helll has this....our people r misusing this just to sayisfy their curiosity about Modi ji.
The applicant missed out one more important thing. How many dustbin cover is used in a month by Modi? If he feels the reply is fishy, then he can daily wait outside PM's house and count the trash disposed of and prove if he is corrupt. That will be a great idea.
