ELECTED PEOPLE SHD FIRST FOLLOW THE LAW, THEN GIVE LECTURES. ALMOST 40% BJP MLA S AND EVEN FROM OTHER PARTIES, HAVE CRIMINAL CASES AGAINST THEM.

Had he been enjoying an official status, at least like leader of the opposition the govt used to pay otherwise he is just like any other MP. Cannot be questioned under RTI as he is an individual, holding no official post
