Intellectualising An Irresponsibly Organised Event Anywhere.....
by rishi on Feb 17, 2016 08:44 PM

...needs to be condemned.....people like ashok rastogi and nandita narain as also the author in the article appear to have no concern for the safety, security and lives of the majority of those students who could have been victims of a suicide bomber present as a masked protestor ....giving vent to such grave potential risks amounts to greater treason. As a fellow citizen and a parent, i expect such dimwitted people to apologise to the parents of those students whose lives could have been snuffed by foolishly allowing an atmosphere of blatant antinationalism bordering on potentially violent unrest in the name of a cultural event! Shame! No amount of intellectualising 'dissent' , disagreement and freedom of speech by those sitting in their comfort-zones can be justified anymore....the larger mass of the society's economic development is at stake and the present and the future govt.'s need to take as hard a stand as possible against those who directly or indirectly endanger other's lives. What some pseudo-intellectuals do not realise is that for each one them there are ten real intellectuals rissing up every moment....intellectuals not born and lived in comfort-zones but those who are made out of hardwork labour and sufferings....the true leanings of accomplished people, not by exploits...but by virtues

The Irony Of This Nation.......Intellectuals Proving To Be Dumber
by rishi on Feb 17, 2016 08:19 PM

...by the day....the aam aadmi rising in thought and action.....the proof lies in desperate attempts to 'intellectualise' a fully-exposed JNU fraternity by a handful of Kanahaiya and associates in what is an indefensible action anywhere in any country, least of all in an educational campus. It was an alert and tough Home Minister that saved the day. People like rahul gandhi and d.raja who on the other hand, further mislead the students to create unrest under cover of freedom of speech, need to apologise to the parents of those students of JNU who seriously need that education to make their livelihoods(unlike kanahaiya and associates).

JNU BUBBLE EXPOSED.....KANAHAIYYA AND ASSOCIATES
by rishi on Feb 17, 2016 07:41 PM

...along with this author and some professors of the campus ....need to serve HARD-LABOUR for several years. Other WANNA-BE-RESEARCHERS AND HALF-BAKED DOCTORATES need to be kept on the leash and tracked for their visibly exposed anti-national traits area a potential danger to society. Just think...what if any one of those masked protestors in the rally was a potential suicide-bomber? Do rahul gandhi, d.raja and their likes need to apologise to the parents for further encouraging and endangering the lives of many innocent students by incentivising such dangerous and antinational activities under cover of freedom of speech, giving a vent to terrorists to operate in the campus......Its a great day for democracy that an alert Modi-Led-Team India took stringent and immediate actions to nab the gulity. Further investigation would open more skeletons as the irrational and desperate defence sought by the guilty under cover of freedom of speech ! Masked protestors could have been suicide bombers too ! No amount of 'intellectualising' the scene by an idiotic author can exonerate anyone of further perpetrating unrest in the nation at the cost of safety, security and economic development of the nation ! No wonder some dumb journos get beaten up, though violence of any form is always condemnable.

McCarthyism in India
by Srinivasan Iyer on Feb 17, 2016 06:34 PM

The present attitude of the Govt against JNU may be rooted on their fear of socialistic or communist influence in the younger generation. With West Bengal elections due soon, and possible coalition between the Congress and the Left parties which would affrect the poll prospects of the rightist BJP, this attaqck against JNU may be a precursor of this Govt's policy.

National integrity

If it is a question of national integrity, any sacrifice is lesser, closing JNU is very very minor job, even thousands can be killed.
