Is the CJI listening to this ?
by ramon srivastava on Feb 14, 2016 03:22 AM

It is the present CJI who declared that Rule of Law will be given prime importance . The lakhs of Writ Petitions in all the High Courts reveal that it is the Rule of the Out-laws that prevail in India. How pathetic !!

Such studies are conducted by US and western world sometimes under umbrella of UN.We have lot of laws to follow or ignore is the choice of judiciary and lawyers. Salmankhan and other celebrity escapes. Many politicians, bureaucrats are having huge wealth and paying zero tax. If you want to be MP than you have to spend several times more than decided but on paper every thing is OK. We got the marks without appearing in examination.

Yes you are right....We got the marks without appearing in examination.
Last year in UP, 2000 students appeared in exam, 2800 passed.
There are about 204 countries in this world. India certainly ranks above 180.

People do not have faith in the judicial system. Fact of the case has no meaning only legal truth. Delay is common feature. Judges/Police not accountable.
