Which leades more problem in family Judges should direct the lawyers to submit paper all together and finalise instead of on of days which a lawyers always does for his income . Many a times lawyers deliberately delays the cases, and there are some cases which are prolonged up to the next generations. Now a days, to get dates for hearing is also very difficult, government shall take some initiative and try to resolve small cases in separate courts.
I am not at all surpirsed by this ranking of India. As we see the system in every part of the country, all these aspects of Law and justice are poorly administered and unreachable to 90% of the population. How much trust do we have in the system and governance now ? Just a reminder of state of affairs !
Rule of law prevails where law enforcing agencies are professional in their dealing. Here we have a lot of laws but performance of law enforcing agencies are determined by the power that be. Population and number of Judges available for every one lac population is very poor that delays the justice delivery. Lastly, our government is the biggest justice seeker and increases number of litigation significantly. It is here one may be lodged in prison for four decades just for stealing an Ox because he was so poor to produce guarantor for bail. If we make Law enforcing agency accountable, professional and free of political leverage India will be the best place on earth to live in.
This survey is not including many gulf countries Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Oman etc. which are very strict and rude for giving justice. Also most European countries which have ranking less than 10 are very small and less populated so maintaining law and order is not that much difficult. So comparing with countries similar to India only USA , Canada Australia and Big European countries are ahead of India, so we should proud to have such a good justice system. Secondly our justice system has 3 or 4 stages, which makes a single case to get prolonged for many years. Also there are many case which are deliberately kept open for political benefit by political parties. If we remove such cases form the survey defiantly India’s rank would be higher. Vande Matram .
No doubt, Judges in India normally gave dates and dates and then let the case go on for 10 to 20 years or sometimes the life long. Then giving huge some on every date to LAWYERS in the hope that will get the justice. Lawyers are very much professional in India and know much better how to tackle the case. Moreover, women filing mostly false cases on men. A huge opprtunity for courts, Lawyers to earn money from an earning man. In India, soon every Law must be changed. Crores of cases are pending in India. This will rise the crime. How the India will grow ?

I think those giving dates after dates are lethargic and not fit for post of Judge, many common man & middle class of our type voluntarily withdraw themselves after so many "TARIKH PE TARIKH"..Unless Jucicial system is effective and reachable to all majority of us will keep crying for justice all the time..Let's see, when can people like us see light of the day.

lawyer to a woman fighting for divorce : Rs 3000/- PLEASE. WOMAN: FOR WHAT ? I ALREADY PAID YOU IN ADVANCE . LAWYER : MADAM WE HAVE TO GIVE JUDGE SAHIB A BOX OF WHISKY TONIGHT . THEN ONLY OUR HEARING WILL BE DONE TOMORROW. GUYS THIS IS REALITY. A COUNTRY OF SHAMELESS PEOPLE.
Everyone can easily guess where were these rating agencies before? How they have gained courage to rate Indian systems of execution of policies, all news were paid up before, trying to get & give benefit, irrespective of true or lie but only bowing their heads towards a family bandwagon.
