I collected money from banks twice in the last one month. I don't think majority of the people need money more than this unless some black money hoarders flooded money in their account.

Agree Kumar. I too visited a bank twice in Anand (Guj), once to deposit old currency notes in my account and a couple of days back, to withdraw some money. I faced no problem, no queues, no hassles at all, so much so that I shared this experience on fb too. While a few centres might be facing problems, majority area is as normal as ever. Media exaggerating for TRP?

You seem to be lucky got money w/o standing in queue for long hrs. Must be having contacts in banks. Majory of the media are pro MODI except NDTV. I am standing every day in the queue (ATM) to withdraw money and many times remain unsucessful. I am really frustrated like many others who are now abusing Modiji for very poor planning.

I faced a lot of problems to get some cash three times. Have to take time off from work for queuing up. Lost some manhours due to that.
How Modi can correct the entire system with severe opposition from media and opposition. It shows how black money and is deep rooted in India in all these 65 years of independence.

Anywhere in the world it next to impossible to curb black money. This is just wishful thinking. When well developed nations could not curb black money then how can India do it.
In Mumbai Bank managers are smuggling all the new currency to black money marketeers on commission basis through back door and normal public is not being given new notes of Rs. 500 and Rs. 100.
This has been done by Govt. without pre-planning and exercise. Advance planning would have avoided all these day to day problems. Atleast now RBI should pump more currency in the market. People started loosing faith in banking sector. Let it not perculate further. Also NDA has miserbly failed in floor management in loksabha and rajyasabhe. PM sir use your exeperience and solve this stalemate . Sri rama, hyderabad
