All the news anchors mentioned herein are from the earlier NDTV stable, closely associated with Star TV (together with Peter Mukherjee). Their reporting of the Sabarmati train carnage is still worth studying to understand the growth and nature of tv journalism in India. Now the friends have fallen apart. Those who have already received benefits for the service rendered from their political masters,( Padmashri,padmabushan whatever) are now struggling hard to justify to the public (or to their own conscience) of what they have been saying and doing in the past was correct. In spite of the repeated telecasts and carefully planted sentences in bigfights, their efforts at tarnishing one particular individual and a political party for over 10 years, didn't succeed. Now the friends turned foes are fighting against each other... what to say? It just reflects their real character.
this is absolutely wrong.arnab cant be bhagwaan dattatreyji and discuss all the major problems at one point of time.he is aproud,genuine indian and we lov him for this forceful rheotoric which he uses though he needs a lot of improvement in terms of his handling his pakistani guests where he sometimes becomes unneccesarily rude.be strong,clear but not rude ,till they provoke you beyound acertain point.we are proud,patient indians.
Agree with Akaar, a highly respected journalist. Arnab has vulgarized news and sold his soul. As the media critic of the Indian Express said recently "Arnab parted ways with journalism long back..."

It is not Arnab, it is Rajdeep, Burqa, etc who have sold their souls and earned praise from terrorists like Hafiz Saeed.
Arnab is the only anchor who is discussing nationalism and our army related issues. Those who are anti-nationals have problem with Arnab.
So, as per Aakar Patel, ppl like RUBBISH Kumar, Rajdeep Sardesai, Pronoy Roy (who are totally ANTI BJP) should become more powerful. Isn\\\'t it??
Arnab consistently raises issues over anti national activities & people like Omar Khalid. He at times shouts & shuts his mouth & this is perhaps the main stomachache for people like Aakar Patel.
Arnab is NOT pro BJP. He even is seen pulling shirts of hard core BJP leaders, so don\\\'t blame him for that.
Wish Arnab become MORE POWERFUL even than he is today.
Can somebody make comparison between Arnab and BDd and Rajde5.... 1) Arnab is not antinati0na1(atleast.. theres no evidence) BD/RSare known to be antinati0na1s. a)BD/RS supported Kanaiah kumar (of Delhi university) who led Anti India activites. examples b) BD/RS support Kashmir terr0rist5 by not speaking against them. BD referred Burran as Hizbu1 commander and but doesnt use terr0ri5t word. c) BD targetted Kashmir pundits for their problem in the past d) BD was even supported by HAFIZ syed for her supporting kasmir protesters.(this is not an evidence, but adding to doubts about her personality) e) BD was married to Kasmiri who is known to Pro-Kasmiri Azadi groups(this is not an evidence, but adding to doubts about her personality)
2) Arnab is not a corrupt(atleast.. theres no evidence) BD is known to be a corrupt person. Her name figures in RADIA tapes (it may not have been proven)
3) BD contributed for the ki11ings of 26/11 bombay attack by reporting sensitive situation live. This was taken up by terr0rist5 and their commanders in PAK to attack people/security and it resulted in more casuality. BD may have also caused the ki11ing of Hemant Karkare by reporting sensitive info(it may not have been proven)
4)BD/RS are known to be pro-congress.(there's no documentary evidence.. but its more of perception) Arnab looks like doesnt have such kind of tag,(of course some section of the people look him as pro-Bjp)

Though Arnab is a shouting brigade and I do not like it, it is the BD who is definitely causing damage to Indian State.
