Clergy abuse is rampant in most churches.So called protectors are rapists. No mercy should be shown to such criminals like Jospeh Jeyapaul.In fact the word Fr should not be prefixed before his name and the same should be replaced with Cr ie Criminal.
Unfortunately none of the pres5ti tude 1ndian MED1A will report this or launch a month long campaign like they did against A5ar@m and others. Everyone knows why.
It is really unfortunate that after going to all the effort of extraditing him, the Americans agreed to a plea bargain and he got away with a tiny sentence. He should have been prosecuted for rape.
To understand this particular phenomena that is rampant one must and I repeat must see the Hollywood movie 'Spotlight'. It will knock your socks off and give you a new insight into the levels the catholic church will go to hush up these stories. These so called priests should be exposed.

Ganeshji, let us not talk about other religion. There are lot of sanyasis in our religion who are worst than these church people

Why not? Even the sanyasis are being taken to task with couple of them behind bars. Even the Shankaracharya of kanchi had to face arrest and trial, though he was acquitted. When all this happens in India why not in Vatican?
How can a convicted Priest be reinstated again? This is heights of insensitivity.

Shankaracharya was not arrested for raping some one. he was arrested in a false murder case.

Was it a false case? It was about the murder of non-obliging honest temple clerk,sir, who else is interested in the matter than the accused

The case was foisted one. When he did not agree to transfer the Tamil NaduHospitals in favour of political people, the case was foisted on him to get rid of the charitable hospital the Kanchi Mutt was running
