Name - Books - Realthing Nehru - Chacha - in reality?????? Indira - Durga - in reality???? Tipu Sultan - Secular - Tyrant Veera pandiya kattabomman - Fighter against British - In reality If you mention any name and their personification in various books and in actual they were not fit for this sort of hype which traits they never had. It is equivalent to todays media hyping unnecessarily worthless guys/gals just because they want higher TRP by which they can be in business in a better way than their competitors. There is a tamil thirukkural which says "Whatever Words heard through anybodys mouth; Go for the actual meaning of what it was and not the literal word meaning". Finally it comes to that. Conveniently in the history books actual things are not written manytimes due to various reasons/pressure.

There was hardly any king or emperor in history - whether hyndu, muxlim, chrittin or any other - who deserves much of respect from todays generations. Each of them ought to be seen merely as the creation of the times they lived in. People of today owe nothing at all in any way to the so called kings and emperors of history.
