Media and Intellectual
by dillip tripathy on Nov 01, 2015 09:53 PM  | Hide replies

BJP/RSS alleges that
-whole of media is against them
-whole of intellectuals, writers, scientists, businessmen etc are against them.
If their political philosophy and their action in the society is so good, then why all are not in agreement with them.
Even their only one own intellectual Arun Shourie is not palatable in his opinion about them.

the fact is most of the Indian media had benefited from the Congrs (mis)rule for so many years....and now these media guys are trying their best to repay Congrs by attacking BJP. But the credibility of these media has sunk too low.....

The media in this country needs to be curtailed or else they will create riots in this country one day. I see them to be the most irresponsible lot never talk any positive things. I dont know why they always look like dukhi atmaas. The leader among the lot is Arnab goswami from times now. Never seen him talking on positives leave appreciating.

Biased media
by sachin sable on Nov 01, 2015 09:41 PM  | Hide replies

What Jaitley said is exactly correct. There has been a cosy so called secular club which include the ngos, iintellectuals along with the media who have been trying to tarnish the image of Modi for quite some time. I think media is the most dangerous of this lot. Many times i have seen them creating a mountain out of a mole without any real facts/proof. One incident i remember is couple of church attacks just before delhi elections. Media made so much noise about it and they labelled bjp and modi responsible for the same. After the investigation when the true facts came out and the real culprits were nabbed i remember at that time neither the christian community nor the media came forward for any apology. Now the same thing is happening just before the bihar elections. i think the media in this country is the most irresponsible lot. How can they get away by spreading such false facts which direcly/indirectly affects the image of a person.

Why so much importance is being given to the dadri incidence, why should the P.M. speak about it he cannot speak on evey murder of a muslim besides it was in U.P. what has that got to do with the P.M. The home minister has spoken about it and that should be enough. Why have not these so called secularists spoken about the murder of the hindu activist in Bangalore.Clearly these people have a different agenda.

Today's news: A Hindu sadhu, not an Akhlaque of course, has been murdered in Biharigarh of district Saharanpur, UP, where Mulayam Singh and Azam Khan rule the roost.

Let's see how many streams flow down from the eyes of the intellectuals into the Ganga or the Yamuna. How many of them will return how many awards? Hardly a squeak is going to be heard.

None of them was heard or seen when Singur, Nandigram, Nanoor and Burdwan happened - not even Sitaram Yechuri.

How stoic and appeased they remained when the nation's resources were being looted and bled under a milky white PM pitiably remote controlled!

Never have they raised any opprobrium at the policies due to which the country's invaluable resources - material and human - have been sacrificed in Kashmir, Punjab and Sri Lanka.

And, have they not been doggedly persecuting Modi despite the verdicts of the SC and the people?

With patriots like these mother India needs no ...

No need to compaign,no general elections here. Modi was elected for the same inaction/indifference in the first place. When you follow hardline, you have bear the brunt.

That's a weird statement. People have already given Modi a chance. Unfortunately, Modi and RSS are taking their chances, to see how much damage they can do before Modi is voted out of power.

1) why don't they return their Awards when pilot is made Prime minister of this Country without any experience?

2) Why don't they return their Awards after Khairanjali, Kothewadi incidents?

3) Why don't they return their Awards after Godhra incident?

4) Why don't they return their Awards after terrorists killed lakhs of pandits in Kashmir and lacs of pps in India in the terrorists attack?
