All non secular hate spreading politicians were badly defeated by Modi/BJP in last election, they are trying to make their ground again by way of maligning Modi in dragging him for local issues and utterances of individual mad politicians. The awards were bestowed upon these writers by the Indian state and not by the government of that day. By returning the awards these writers are displaying their contempt for India that is Bharat. Let it be recorded by the State and may it be ensured that Bharat never honours these individuals again

Congress has awarded them wrongly.Agreed but are the points raised by the writers is genuine?Tell you support or not? Do you support awarding (in any form) those who are the Killers of some people like Kalburgi and Akhalaque. Come out openly.
Let the writers who are very satisfied governance with the previous regime return their awards so that good people can be awarded.These people r very intolerant to the pluralism of India and r very partisan
Once upon a time, writers, poets, thinkers used to think as to what was good for the people and the nation. Now, these worthies only think as to what is good or convenient for them or voice only their own beliefs. Here, Sarah has admitted that there is politics in her. No this is opportunism. Returning or not returning award is not a matter.Check if the points raised by these writers is genuine or not.If it is wrong it is wrong in any rule- be it NDA or UPA.
