Was to Destroy Indian Caste System and Hierarchy - Particularly he wanted to remove Upper caste Brahmins, hence he introduced Reservation system only for the untouchables and Lower caste people.
The So-called Inclusive Secular Constitution caters only for Tribals, Adivasis, SC, ST, OBC, Muslims & Christians irrespective of their present status in society.
Let them give Reservation - We have no problems, but they also have to consider Meritorious Upper caste if required. If they get neglected everywhere just because of the bias, then there will be No justice at all in India !!

Plus the Lower Castes want to Destroy Brahminical Culture also by Learning our Ancient Knowledge and they want to compete with Brahmins even inside Temples and Mutts so that they can Destroy Caste system permanently.
Hence they are cracking down on Brahmins in Formal Education by not giving them jobs. If Brahmin boys don't find good jobs, they will naturally not get girls for marriage and the Reserved sections can marry Brahmin girls - This is their plot.

The inequality of the caste system is one of the main reasons India became a victim to foreign invasions .
Buddha and Mahavira preached equality of all peoples, and so did the vedas as is being taught by the arya samaj, but brahminism suppressed them to ensure its privileged hold continues through the caste system , which is a reservation system in itself.
This was a wrong thing to do, and hence they are suffering for the negative karma they did.

Everybody should be literate. Yes I agree that Reservation should be given. But to Whom..?? To those backward classes and those underprivileged who are meritorious and interested in learning and aid in progress & development. Not to the entire community. A dumb person under the guise of reservation will become your boss and will act without understanding the consequences.
In kerala the Hindu community, especially the brahmins are the poorest and struggling for even a two times meals. Since in the eyes of the govt. they are upper class, they are unable to go out for a casual work. The elite people in kerala is Christians and Muslims and they are under OBC category enjoying reservation facilities.
i m frm obc back ground but never ask for reservation in any field i work in private company earning less then 1,30,000 yearly but im happy bcz what i m earning is totally depend on my capabilities, n i m capable to servive with out reservation so let give who need its much then me be any one frm upper or lower caste or any religion
It is high time that Brahmins get reservations. We score in the top 99%, but lose out when a reserved category student with 65 percentile walks in. The allegation is that our forefathers, thousands of years back exploited the lower caste people, so we have to pay for the sins. What logic!

THIS COUNTRY WAS RULE BY MUSLIM 800 YEARS AND BRITHISH 200 YEARS . BUT THEIR PEOPLE ARE CONSIDERD BACKWARD. ONLY SECULRIST CAN UDERSTAND THIS LOGIC

i.e. why India is not developing, causing Meritorious people either to end up jobless and inturn into absolute poverty doing menial jobs and the remaining Meritorious Brahmins going abroad as Scientists AND Engineers, who r recognizing the MERIT and utilising them for their Countries Development. Politicians and their sons develop themselves with their dirty politics amassing Wealth for their generations looting the country while Poor among the Brahmins and other Forward castes though meritorious , suffer and suffer. In my view PATELs from Forward castes agitating for Backward status are doing right thing to escape from the exploitation of the POLITICAL PARTIEs. Thus India will never develop by slogans unless MERIT is not recognized, encouraged and retained. THESE are HUMAN ASSETs that need to be taken care of if at all INDIA wants to DEVELOP while not ignoring the real poor and needy people. People are backward only because of their backwardness in finance. How can people move forward when their hunger is not mitigated stamping them as FORWARD or BACKWARD. DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY to FULLEST LEVEL automatically mitigates Backwardness of its entire community. JUST by saying FORWARD or BACKWARD it does not give food. I do not know when do good days come to India as already 69 yrs passed with dirty vote bank politics ignoring the Development of the Nation but raising poverty levels but saying GARIBI HATAO. Congress and PARTIES like LALU's and MULAYAM's ruined us.

Brahmins never discriminated anyone. It's a make-belief story. Since they were spiritual leaders of the society, the malice was attributed to them.
if you study the economical condition last 20years you will see that lot of upper cast people live in pathetic condition. the reservation policy should be state based and other sate people living there should be consider for reservation

I have seen in UP that Brahmins are working as Road sweepers that too Graduates and no political party seems caring these Brahmin community .
I fully endorse the statements without any reservations.
But this is the real condition of Brahmins allover India including Tamilnadu where about 60% goes to the obcs, Yet the economically poor of that community doesn't get the benefits of reservation because the affluent people of that community corners all the benefits.
That's why the poor of obc are still in the same condition even after attaining independence in 1947 thank you

don't keep quiet /, all upper caste people should come together/ and raise their voice in parliament -- block roads / block govt officies / and do a nation wide revolt . boycott all elections . don't allow elections to happen / don't allow people to vote .
It is a blot on our democracy, it leads to prejudiced and biased democracy. At least none who is paying Income tax should get this benefit, whereas all grandsons/sons of reserved class are snatching the rights of poor and deprived class in the country.
Because there are government jobs giving salary hike by way of commissions & not way of performance, all these issues arise. remove or drastically reduce government jobs, all this will vanish. Because there is a cake, all want the icing & the cake
A eye opener.If anybody keenly observe one thing in bihar only business people have voted even forward class have forced to vote nistish for development not just caste.so buisness plan has hit bur poor brahmins are in pathetic condition.to be frank i bave not seen any poor christins or pathetic muslims or for that matter a buisnessless jains who enjoy reservation and all benefits.let all work for that benefit for all right from now.
