Cong getting 25 out of 40 seats is really stunning. but it is bcoz they did not have JDU or RJD as opposition. The real beneficiary is LALU who got 79/80 seats more than JDU. Lalu is not going to keep quiet and rule Bihar by remote. 26% vote share of BJP is of no use against 17% each of JDU and RJD and 7 % of Cong bcoz poll arithmetic is a gr8 winner.
