One KM land on both sides of 62000 km Railway line, 92000 km of National Highways and 1.32 lakh KM of State highways will be acquired any time when required is in the bill says Anna. If no industrialists would be given the acquired land why don\'t Modi write it in the Bill? Lies have served their p[urpose in getting on to power and they think they can ride on power with the lies.
Whose land who is acquiring?Land purchased by my grand father through his hard work and earned money was occupied forcibly by displaced persons from East Pakistan and we could do nothing.There was no proper exchange of population between India and East Pakistan inspite of best efforts by Late Shri Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.First of all the Govt should check and find out how and when the farmers purchased or inherited the land and then the process of acquiring should or say can be decided.
People in this country are act fool, they believe politicians say. they never ask them How, why and when. When Modi said that He will distribute Money to all, did anybody asked how he will bring money and how it will be distributed. There is no law that allow him to do this. Even prime minister candidate should also understand this before making promise. Otherwise BJP GOVT IS DOING GOOD. But there is no difference between BJP and Congress govt too all policies are same. But one thing I like about congress they are not just opposing everything what BJP is used to do and do not let Bill pass in Rajya Sabha. I remember they didn't let parliament work for 8 years on FDI on Retail but now in power they took U turn. But BJP plus point is that we have a PM who has a good fan following. People listen to him. Even if 50% work is done we will see a change in india.

See what they are Hiding in there land bill. They are removing clause which says that if land is not used for 5 years it will be returned back to owners. This clause will replaced with it will be return to govt bank.
Now how corruption can happen under this clause. Industrialist identify a land Govt acquire land with fake details, project will not be cleared for 5 years. during this 5 years farmers will commit suicide or move on with life. Now the land will given to industrialist. there will be no one to raise voice against this type of corruption. Law should not allow this

The UPA Govt. preferred to contest all the decisions given by Central Administrative Tribunal in favor of any individual employee or group of individuals in cases of general nature. The NDA Government is also following the same path. Therefore, the Government employees have not felt any difference between the UPA or NDA government.
There was one more rhetoric speech during pre-election period. " Not even a single rupee will be spared and the entire black money will be brought back to the country within 100 days " Now FM has come forward to offer 40 % discount! What is the difference between earlier Govt's Voluntary Disclosure Scheme and the present scheme ? Great Government and very great middle class people.

there is a proverb in Bengali, which roughly meaning....WHOEVER GOES TO LANKA,ALL BECOMES RAVANA.
Real Estate Business will zoom & Middle Class will be duped further like Unitech Ltd has failed to redeem their clients Fixed deposit money after maturity & minting money on Real Estate. Like Saradha scam investigation, this also should be investigated.
