What has the constitution to do with inventions? We do not have a single product which we can see that this is our invention.
The computer that you are using, the mobile set you are using , the TV which see you see and the set top of box that has been provided .... nothing is made in India and is imported one.
The items I mentioned are low technology products.
We are a trading nation and have boosted our economy by trading.

@Aftab, seems you dont know what is happening in India, govt. give collect money from people as tax and paying to govt. employees and they enjoys their life, every 6 months they get DA etc. etc. of course bribe also. What Sankar pujari was to change the consti.. otherwise who is going to punish these wrong doers?

You are 100% right. Government keeps on increasing government employee salaries through pay commissions at the cost of others and unorganired sector people. This disparity one day will lead GOI to become bankrupt and a civil war within India to give an opportunity for chinese to conquer India without any effort.
Due to Russian KGB invasion in India in 1991-2006. The spying and blackmailing and False accusations has broughtIndia to this downfall.How long it will take to recover.May be 10 yrs say 2016(provided india behavwes well,like a human being)
