Moxi's friendship has helped this guy. Moxi has helped so many crimina1s in getting the reprieve from courts :-)

... and a friend of all crimina1s and a JagggaDaaaku himself, though he has been trying very hard for an image makeover to chchachaMoxi by hiring marketing companies and thousands of chchamchaas like you :-)
I admit that I'm novice as far as law is concerned, but what about the judges of the courts. One judge in one court delivers a judgement which is turned down by a judge of higher court, again this might get turned down in the apex court. What I gather from Salman's case is: the lower court judge either does not know or incapable of interpreting and understanding the laws those are laid down in the books and has taken 12/13 yrs to come out with a judgement and that too has been proved to be wrong as per high court judge. As it stands now, the high court judge seems to have better grasp on the laws than that of the lower court judge. In our lives, if we take wrong decision our service get terminated but in the cases of judges, so many judgements are rejected by higher courts everyday, the judges who delivered wrong verdicts, remain unperturbed. I'm confused!

Yes, I fully agree with what you have said. In India, it is only the high and mighty get the positive end of liberal interpretation of law - not the poor and ordinary people! This is strange that people are celebrating that this drunkard super-rich mowed down people and cowardly left the scene without even bothering to take the injured to Hospital! Now he is trying to avoid punishment and falsely states that his driver was at the wheels when the incident occurred! He is ready to sacrifice his driver for his own safety! Is he a human being? The shameless fans are supporting a murderer! Yes, I do call Salman a murderer because, he is now hiding facts. Shame on him and his blind fans! What is the difference between Salman and Abhijit?

I'd show you another perspective. Law books are same, but judges get purchased at different prices. Those who cannot be purchased get transferred or the case is routed to different judge. On top of all these nuances, top politicians from ruling party are able to call shots at their will. That's the reason we find so many anomalies in out judicial system.
Salman is no doubt a populer man! He ha and infact climed that he had helped many of 5he children, good lotd you got the money man !!! Why cant you help the family out who have suffered alot!!!!!. We all love you but besides that everyone wants you to be responsible also.and I dont think you have the intention to kill anybody!!!!!.
